It aims to identify the indicators of the role of social workers in dealing with emotional divorce and achievement motivation for working women. The sample of the study consisted of the families of 10 deaf-blind children in the age groups from 9 to 12 years. The study employed a measure of improving the meaning of life for deaf-blind children, and the results confirmed the existence of highly statistically significant differences between the measurements of the pre and post means on the scale of the meaning of life, for the experimental group. Deaf-blind children scored highest in all the three aspects; purpose of life, life satisfaction, adaptability, and; there fore, an indication of the effectiveness of the family counseling program in improving the meaning of life for deaf-blind children. The study also indicated that there are differences between the means of pre and post measurement for deaf blind children, males and females, on the meaning of life scale, in favor of female children, in terms of satisfaction with life alone. This study is a quantitative research and uses a measure of social service assessing students 'attitudes toward the effectiveness of blended learning application. The study has taken place at the Higher Institute of Social Service in Alexandria, and the study sample consists of 600 male and female students. The results of the study show that there are differences between male and female attitudes in using blended education in achieving theoretical knowledge and in acquiring practical skills in favor of females. The study also confirms the existence of differences between rural and urban attitudes regarding the use of blended education in gaining theoretical knowledge as well as in developing practical skills for the benefit of urban students. The sample includes (348) school social workers who were randomly assigned. The study concludes that the concept of EBP is not clear to social workers working in secondary schools. It also demonstrates that the most important requirements of EBP of social work in secondary schools, in order of importance, are knowledge requirements, skill requirements and ethical requirements. The dimensions of governance are human resource development, accountability, and transparency. Accordingly, this research aims to determine the level of application of e-governance in institutions for the homeless elderly and the level of services provided to them. One of the study hypotheses was that there is a positive correlation between the application of e-governance and the improvement of social care services provided to the homeless elderly. The study found this hypothesis to be true. The results of the study confirmed that transparency and accountability are basic indicators for implementing e-governance and thus they must be applied. It is a descriptive study using sample-based survey for data-collection, and applied to 209 social workers in high schools, from July to August 2020. After investigating four obstacles, no statistically significant differences were found between means of males and females in determining obstacles to skills of digital technology with activity groups. There were no statistically significant differences in means between rural and urban social workers in determining obstacles.
