Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional divorce and achievement motivation for working women. It aims to identify the indicators of the role of social workers in dealing with emotional divorce and achievement motivation for working women. We selected a targeted sample of (100) working women. The study concluded that there is an inverse correlation relationship with statistical significance between emotional divorce in its various dimensions (physical, psychological, social, emotional, and professional) and achievement motivation for working women at a significance level (0.01).There is a direct, statistically significant relationship between the variables of age and family income for the working woman and her emotional divorce at a significance level (0.01) There is no statistical indication of the educational status of the working woman, the educational status of the husband, the employment status of the working woman.
