Abstract
overcoming these obstacles and developing constructive proposals that would develop the distance education system that would develop the entire university education system, and this is what the current study seeks. The search tool was applied to a sample of faculty members and their number reached (75) members of the faculty of Helwan University, and also it was applied to a sample of students enrolled in the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, and their number reached (360)
