Abstract
This research describes the electronic digitization and achieving the institutional distinction for the development non-governmental organizations, based on the dimensions of the electronic digitization. These dimensions include the strategy of the electronic digitization, skills, the basic structure of information network, and training on the information technology. It is based also on the dimensions of the administrative distinction, which include the administrative, financial, technological and legal distinction. This study is considered as a descriptive study that uses the method of the comprehensive social survey in the developmental civil associations in Benin Suef governorate (n= 137 units). The study answered a set of main hypotheses and their sub-hypotheses. The results of the study confirmed the validity of these hypotheses that “there is a statistically significant positive and effective relationship between the electronic digitization and the achievement of institutional distinction of the developmental NGOs”; and that “there is a positively effective relationship between the electronic digitization and the achievement of human distinction in NGOs. This makes us accept the main hypothesis of the study that “there is a statistically significant and positively effective relationship between the electronic digitization and the achievement of institutional distinction for NGOs”.
