Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the requirements for spreading digital culture among students of Higher Institutes . It was applied to students of the City of culture and Science in Egypt . The study proposes a framework for spreading the culture of digital citizenship in these institutes. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach and relies on a social survey method with a sample of (247) students from the Higher Institutes for the academic year 2023/2024 in the City of Culture and Science in 6th of October. The study’s tool consists of a questionnaire for students, and the results of the study present a framework to spread the culture of digital citizenship in the Higher Institutes.
