Abstract
This research aims to try to determine the relationship between verbal bullying and the social values of university youth, where the social values of young people are (social responsibility, participation, mutual respect), and the relationship between verbal bullying and its impact on the social values of university youth, who numbered (364) single, where a stratified random sample of the third year represents the regularity of the Faculty of Social Work - Helwan University, and the results of the research found a statistically significant relationship between verbal bullying and its impact on values Social for university youth, which was represented in each of the following values (responsibility, community participation, mutual respect).
