The study aimed to achieve a set of goals, the most important of which is determining the level of social care services provided to the deaf and dumb in their care institutions. Several hypotheses have been developed to measure this, and the study is considered a descriptive study using the sample social survey method. A questionnaire was used for the parents of the deaf and dumb in their care institutions and their number is (53 Individuals), as well as the officials of the care institutions for the deaf and dumb in the Cairo governorate and their number (48 Individuals), and concluded The study validated its hypotheses, as it was proven that the level of social care services provided to the deaf and dumb in their care institutions is high.
